Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from the UK.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to a number of destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location and will be calculated at checkout. If your country is not listed please drop us a DM and we can look into rates.

How long will my order take to arrive?

  • UK: 1-2 business days

  • EU: 2-7 business days

  • Rest of the World: 3-10 business days

Please note: please allow 1 day for processing before shipment, delivery times may vary during busy periods, public holidays or due to customs delays. any delays once shipped are unfortunately out of our control but we will do our best to help track down your parcel should you need any help!

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout. You’ll see the exact amount before completing your purchase (please note this may be displayed in GBP) alongside the shipping options available based on your location.

Will I have to pay customs fees or import taxes?

Possibly. For orders outside the UK, local customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices. We always recommend checking with your country’s customs office to avoid surprises.

Do you offer tracked shipping?

Yes! All orders come with tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your parcel has shipped.

My order hasn’t arrived – what should I do?
